Martin has 25 years experience in the resources industry most recently having been President of the Minerals and Metals Group (MMG) exploration and development projects in Canada following on from General Manager of Investor and Community Relations for Zinifex Limited. Prior to that he had roles in exploration, sales and marketing as well as zinc smelter operations at CRA and Pasminco Limited. Martin has a bachelor of chemical engineering as well as bachelor of business specializing in marketing.
Michael Robert Hudson, B.Sc.(Hons) GDipAppFin FAusIMM MSEG MAIG
Mr. Hudson has 22 years of experience in mineral exploration in Australia, Asia, South America and Europe. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1990 with a First Class B.Sc. (Hons) in Geology. Previously, he developed exploration to pre-feasibility project management experience in Pakistan, Australia and Peru for Pasminco Ltd, and by heading a team, funded by BHP Billiton, searching for mineralization in the arctic areas of northern Sweden. For the past eight years he has headed Mawson Resources Ltd as President & CEO and lead its development from a junior Venture Exchange listed gold explorer to a respected European gold focused Toronto Stock Exchange listed company. Mr Hudson currently also sits on the Board of Tasman Metals Ltd (TSXv:TSM) and Mawson Resources Ltd (TSX:MAW). He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Member of both the Society for Economic Geologists and Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
Nick DeMare CA
Mr. DeMare is a chartered accountant and a director of the Company. He has been a director and officer of many publicly listed companies in the resource sector since 1986 providing accounting, management, securities regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial services. He graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1977 with a Bachelor of Commerce.
Mark Saxon B.Sc.(Hons) GDipAppFin MAusIMM MAIG
Mr. Saxon has 20 years of experience in exploration and resource geology. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1991 with a First Class Bachelor of Science (Honours) in geology, and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr Saxon has worked for Pasminco Australia Ltd in Australia and South America. Mr Saxon has considerable experience and practical knowledge of the geology, prospectivity and operating environments of Australia, Northern Europe and South America. Mr Saxon is the President & CEO of Tasman Metals Ltd (TSXv:TSM) and sits on the Advisory Boards for Hansa Resources Ltd (TSXv:HRL) and Botnia Exploration AB in Sweden.
Mr. Atkinson has been in the investment industry for over 30 years. He is former President and CEO of Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon & Co Ltd., one of Canada's most respected investment dealers. He now serves as Director of Trimin Capital Inc., Quest Capital Corp. and a number of other public companies. Mr. Atkinson received a B.Comm. degree from the University of British Columbia.

Mikael Ranggård has worked as a lawyer for 20 years, focused on business law and mineral law. He has assisted several foreign mining companies in Sweden and Scandinavia. Mikael Ranggård has also been responsible for sales and marketing in different companies related to IT.
Henning Holmström is a mining engineer (M.Sc. in Geotechnology) with a Ph.D. in Applied Geology. Henning has approximately 17 years experience from different mining projects both start-up of operation (permitting, base-lines etc.) to rehabilitation and mine-water treatment. He has mostly worked in Sweden for companies like Boliden, LKAB, Wiking Mineral and Nordic Iron Ore etc. but has also experience from work outside Sweden, mostly Greenland. Henning is also a member of the AusIMM, The Swedish Geotechnical Society as well as the International Mine Water Association.
Ms. Bermudez has 17 years of experience in publicly traded companies. She is also the corporate secretary for Mawson Resources Ltd, Tasman Metals Ltd., Tumi Resources Ltd, Darwin Resources Corp. and Tinka Resources Ltd.
