@toriddog - Possible that some of yesterday's volume prior to .80 was short covering but most of the buying at .80 was done by Dundee, and having done alot of underwritting for FIS they wouldn't have been trying to sell  placements and be building a short position in FIS at the same time.  Those optics can ruin a company, and if you may recall, Lloyd Blankfien and  Goldman Sachs got hauled up in front of Congress and raked over the coals last year for that kind of activity during the housing boom.  If I had to guess I'd say that the .80 was Dundee or one of their clients adding to their portfolio.
