The company released financials this week for the period ending August 31.  Beatrix had cash on hand of $1,853 with liabilities of $142,823.  There's no doubt that the company is in dire need of cash.  They have very promising properties, but to what extent will they be able to conduct exploration on these properties given the limited amount of financing that they seem to be able to conduct.  Will they be any more successful after the proposed consolidation from 24,000,000 shares to 12,000,000 shares?

Happy Thanksgiving.
