I'd really like some of the big caps here. Only problem is CQN has comparatively lightly inside buying. Some with Baytex. ARC Resources is something I've looked at for a while.  rate and reply

Kicking Horse

May not be the best name for an E&P, but the ski area in Golden, BC is certainly one of my favs. Seems like a decent deal for Donnycreek shareholders as the slight dilution in Kakwa is worth getting...read more

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Looks like over $3 tomorrow

Yes, but DCK produces only 2,000 boepd with 50% nat gas. So the acquisition metric is about $75,000/boepd for so much nat gas. This is not a lowball offer.  rate and reply

I can find you many energy companies with 50%-50% oil-gas mix that carry less than half DCK's valuation.  rate and reply

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Looks like over $3 tomorrow

No, I do not think so. DCK does not produce any oil. DCK produces 2,000 boepd - 50% nat gas. DCK's EV is approximately C$150 million. This is about C$75K per flowing barrel. Not cheap.  rate and reply
