I've never seen any value in Alder, or in Calibre's 100% owned properties either, not that I'm an expert. Trenching and soil samples don't get much respect. But BTO's JV should be worth more than $20M itself, shouldn't it? This isn't a cash-starved company with no strategy for getting out.
Calibre still presents at PDAC in March. But yeah, other than that, it'll be dead for a while.
Frankly, it seems the worst time to sell is when everyone else is selling. Nevertheless, I got rid of a bunch cos... well... I'm human and feel pain too.
