There certainly was mention of share price. Right at the 26:00 mark.  He proceeds his main statement about unrealistic premium expectations talking about overall share prices, saying "Although people think that now is a great time to buy because everybody's share prices are down..."     Also, buyouts are a function of a companies share price, not it's resource.   You don't hear in the news "company xyz just got bought out for 40% above it's resource value".
