Exactly!  Especially if the money is coming from strong hands that are required to hold for 12 months when they only technically needed to hold for 4.  You give me the option of what was done with Hecla at 18 cents and I'll take that any day over taking the same amount of money from the typical institutions at 20 cents.  No question.  Shares get flipped and thus the price has more resistance with option number two.

 

Give your head a shake if you think that transaction at 18 cents is bad news.
