According to information I could gather, from insider information, management, institutions and Goodman Investment now own over 50% of outstanding shares. I think they want to secure a major position, before announcing anything. The last time WCP went to these heights, was in Feb/2012, when they announced they have done the due diligence on Al Hariqah and were proceeding with their two year option agreement. I have to admit, that even searching through SEDAR and Stockwatch databases still doesn't give you a real up to date information on insider activities. I think the Australian Stock Exchange is going to ask WCP, again, for clarification, if they continue their price and volume rise. Something has to be going on in the background to cause this sudden surge in price and volume for WCP. CD may just be accumulating in some insiders account and hence no price rise.
