There will be no RS until until approved by the SEC then it will be done ASAP so the CEO and his cronies can take their "PERFORMANCE" bonus incentives at a rate of 10:1 than if they take the incentives before the RS.  At this point this company is serving one man and no one else other than his cronies.

When you see where the companyt is today how could anyone expect a "PERFORMANCE" bonus?
