the stock is very very illiquid for starters, if someone is selling for tax loss it's gonna dip. I've been buying here at these levels and i'm happy to not have to pay 2.30+. I think this bounces back after tax loss selling is done. Anyone that bought at any point in the past year is selling now for tax implications. Being illiquid the stock simply doesn't hold up well. The stock could move in the other direction quickly though if selling pressure ceases. 

I wonder if the company can still buyback shares this year, i'm honestly not sure. At 2.00 i think they could keep it stable on the bid side. Fundamentally there is no reason for the stock to be at 2.00 though.
