That doesn't mean that calling them is not a good idea, it is...just make sure you have your B.S. detector turned on first. Most of these guys are earning incentive options and salaries anyway. Those management teams who are unloading their shares are likely just going through the motions and less concerned about creating shareholder value IMO.

It's the companies whose insiders take large stakes in the company you should look for..
