ValueInvestor, I appreciate that fact, but I am curious if you've misunderstood my reference to RVX. The mania stage rarely lasts more than a few months at best. I used RVX as an example, from 2007, as to what happens during hyper-buying period. RVX of today is not the same as the RVX of 2007. The reference to today's RVX only makes sense if one plans on holding the stock for 5 years past the mania stage...in which case frankly the small cap sector is probably not the best investment option.
