Please see the P.B. Press Release today whereby the parties agreed to a time extension for the B.C. Ministry of Justice to file their response  no later than May 31st.  Also, and perhaps most importantly, they have agreed to a hearing date sometime in July.  That is good.  After Justice files it's response, it would be typical for the parties lawyers to have significant discussions between themselves right up to the hearing date.  If there is to be a settlement, one would think that is where the foundation for a settlement would be formed.  Otherwise, on to the hearing in July and the decision hopefully (and I am guessing) a few weeks later.  As Sasky05 suggests, we all wait patiently.
