Well, yes...but, the company has already submitted three final draft reports to the BCS over the last 347 days (one authored by Deoex, and two co-authored by Snoeden et al.

The next submission, in response to to the BCSC's May 9, 2013, third comment letter, will be the company's fourth final draft, lol.

You know, 2guys, you should go back to the bgm private member forum, "where never is heard a discouraging word. You can't write up what doesn't exist.

We know that BGM has been submitting final drafts, without and apparent success, since August 13, 2012’

The company has indicated it will file a complete draft NI 43-101-compliant technical report with the BCSC as soon as possible to respond to the BCSC's specific concerns and is working diligently with Mr. George to provide the same. The company, in discussion with Mr. George, is confident that the supporting appendices to his draft technical report, which had not been completed and provided to the BCSC in the first instance, will adequately address the recent comments from the BCSC.

Wright Consulting Inc., Lorax Environmental Services Ltd., Knight Piesold Ltd., ALS Group, Inspectorate Canada, Amine-Fairbase Inc. and Snowden Mining Industry Consultants Pty., to name a few, have been retained by the company over the years and some more recently. Their work will form part of the appendicles to the report of Geoex.

The company has been recently advised by each of Snowden and Geoex that they reasonably expect that a complete draft of their updated NI 43-101 report should be available for review by the company in the first week of February, such that the company reasonably expects that it might be in a position to respond fully to BCSC's technical disclosure comments and file a final and acceptable NI 43-101 report on SEDAR by the final week of February.

On March 22, 2013, Barkerville submitted a comprehensive response letter and an updated draft technical report on its Cariboo gold project to the BCSC for its review in connection with the CTO

On April 4, 2013, the BCSC issued a comment letter to the company on the updated technical report draft. The company, Snowden and Geoex are currently working to address the BCSC's comments, and the company at present expects that it will be filing a response letter and revised technical report for the BCSC to review by the middle to the end of next week.
