What contradictory responses?? The BCSC could not state it any more clearly, they are not stopping bgm from communicating with their shareholders! I'm not sure why that is so difficult to understand? The only thing they will not allow is any disclosure that does not comply with NI 43-101, same rule applies to any other mining company out there. But, that has nothing to do with updating shareholders about the review process, including stating what the outstanding issues are with the current report. I find it odd that people would rather latch on to outrageous conspiracy theories about the BCSC's motives rather than put some honest questions to bgm...which, as it happens, is exactly what the BCSC is suggesting you do.
