Just saying, if you read this corresppondence from BCSC, they say they are committed to reviewing the report in a "timely manner" (2 months so far and counting) and says to contact BGM for information about the comments.  I just think at this point with 2 months not exactly my definition of "timely" when most have had $ frozen for 9 months, and to keep BGM from being accused of withholding material information by some and then  being accused of giving out too much inside information by others.......why doesn't BGM just ask BCSC if they can release the BCSC "comments", if they say no, then do a press release and tell us this, if they say yes, then do a press release detailing the BCSC comments and it will at least let us see what might be causing this long continued stalemate............

The cease trade order for Barkerville will not be revoked until the BCSC has received the 43-101 Technical Report in good order, this is the only comment that staff at the BCSC are in the position to make. The BCSC is committed to ensuring all reviews are completed in a timely manner. Staff at the BCSC are not in the position to comment on any ongoing dialogue between Staff and Barkerville.

Although you may not perceive this as establishing "public confidence" or "maximizing transparency"; ensuring adequate and accurate disclosure by issuers based in British Columbia is a principal role of the BCSC.

You will note that the BCSC provided comments to Barkerville on May 9, 2013 regarding the 43-101 Technical Report that was filed.
