Apex the 3rd co-author & BCSC form letter reply

You know Apex......http://www.apexgeoscience.com/about/staff/.............the third consulting firm brought in to rewrite this report is a large firm and their co-author appears to be their top guy for writing these types of reports, just like Snowden using their top guy.  If you look at their list of clients and the their staff, it seems to me that BGM sure stepped up to the plate to add to well regarded firms to assist in the rewrite of this report.  I doubt that Apex or Snowden have had any issues writting a compliant report and it appears both firms have authored many.  So is it the sheer size of the resource that is taking so much time?, almost 2 months now or is it something else.  Since the BCSC gets to operate with little oversight and in secret much like the IRS in the US, it makes it hard to know if they are abusing their power or not.  We know the IRS abused their power and heads are already rolling (President can fire the head people) and a criminal investigation is now underway.  Here is the form letter I received from the BCSC when I asked if they could please soon resolve this matter as it  has reached a point that the BCSC have gone in this case from protecting the BC investor to now discouraging the BC investor.  The e mail address for BCSC is at bottom of their form letter reply to me and I cc'd the premier's office for what it is worth and her address is [email protected].
