There are all kinds of problems with your opinion. First off, the government doesn't measure resources, it relies on qualified industry professionals to do that. Second, they don't dictate the methodology to use, they defer to the CIM Best Practice Guidelines for that. Meaning that since CIM is made up of industry professionals, the government is essentially are relying on the industry to determine what the most appropriate methods are (for more information on what CIM thinks of the BGM resource refer to Garth Kirkhams interview from last summer). I do agree that BGM cannot mine large deposits, but any major looking at a property is not going to take an outside geologists word on how much gold is there, they will do their own estimates before any deal is signed.
