Waiting still, you can accumulate substantial shares if you buy over a period of time.  I found that even though you can see shares, sitting there at a certain price, you can put it an order for that price as your limit and it does not fill.  This is where the OTC BB stocks get a bad name, below is an example of a day where there was a fair amount of shares in .90's showing for sale, but none got filled until I raised my limit to $1.02 and even then my order was not completely filled and filled in small lots as shown below.  I did this over the course of 2-3 weeks and added a fairly substantial number in small lots. I have no idea where these shares come from and suspect the broker-dealer making the market is making a large spread on each sale. Once they are in my account, I have been assured numerous times by Schwab that I own the stock, my risk is BGM market risk, not OTC. All orders must be phoned in, I cannot buy on line under this CTO.
