There has been a lot of talk recently of the mangement of the Company.  Could someone comment on what this was about?  Was this a power struggle as I never understood the purpose of this and why it so quickly, did not work out?  And what is a non executive Chairman? The last sentence seems to indicate that the company admits that the first attempt at becoming a producer did not go well.
