Bandi - I have read close to 25,000 geological assessment reports of one form or another and I can probably count on one hand (not incl thumb and pinkie) the amount of times I have read where no further work is recommended. A geo or geo-firm knows where their bread is buttered and will rarely diss a property unless it is undeniably 100% a total and absolute dog. Even then the geo or geo-firm will partake of some weed to try and enhance their creativity so they can come up with some opening or direction justifying further work. It is kind of like the whole news release syndrome, where every nr sounds so awesome even though only a small fraction have any hope. It would be refreshing to read a NR stating: We gave it a shot but it didn't turn out so we are going to dump this dog and find something better. Instead the NR's usually read something like: These results are awesome so ignore the plunging share price and the insider selling, once the sp hits rock bottom we will buy back in and find a new piece of ground and don't ever expect to hear of this property again... but it is an awesome property... trust us... really...
