Park would not have made the particular comments without approval from the Koreans, and in addition to saying that the goal was to complete the project, I find the following the most comforting: "this company has what [is]needed to become one of the best mining operations in Mexico...."  If they don't already have the SRK report, the Koreans are almost certainly aware, at a general level, of what the report will say (or else they wouldn't have put up 200 million over the last few months).  Park's comments must be interpreted as a reflection of what is contained in the SRK report, which is that, to repeat, "this company has what [is] needed to become one of the best mining operations in Mexico."

All in my opinion.
