The bad news is you probably you wont see much happen until a JV partner or some form of financing is arranged. he good news is the existing properties are not going to evaporate.
and at that point ("a JV partner or some form of financing is arranged") the value of your investment will become further diluted, I would think.
Very distinct possibility but 50% of something is better that 100% of nothing.
