Well said as that is the record we have been served up to date under Lenic and he continues to take all of us  in the ways he knows best which is the Bankster paper game. Let's look at the full year Lenic and his directors issued NR's relating to  Shafter and then ignoring Shafter without informing the public that Shafter would not come in on time.AUN /Lenic still kept up the 1,500 tpd mantra up until Nov 13,2012 when we were told that Shafter would only come in at 600 tpd and stay there for the remainder of the year and beyond(Starting in late November 2012, the plant is planning to operate at a production throughput of 600 tons per day during the remainder of Q4.).That is 26 NR's that went by without providing the proper production rate upon start up.So,for those newbies that like to state Lenic did not chronically overpromise I would argue that one full year of not providing anyewhere near accurate guidance and then finally issuing realistic guidance that Shafter will be 1.5 years behind the original schedule is about as chronic as it comes.Mines come in behind schedule and that is acceptable. Not providing accurate guidance and not being up front is questionable. It appears as though AUN misled the market and that is  not acceptable under any circumstances. The market then told Lenic what they thought, unfortunately for his investors that rely on him for honesty and clarity.
