Every wants to buy low and sell high.  But they don't buy till after the price has gone up.  Then you hear Gee I wished I had got in earlier when it was lower. You can analyze the thing to death and while you do you missed the opportunity.  I use RBC for Canadian investment purchases and I don't see it staying at these levels or going broke.  I personally don't see a lot of downside from here.  I add at dips take my money back on a rise and keep the left over free shares for future gains.
