Well lets not totally disregard level's post here even though the average price he posted may have come from a potentially not realiable source, BY LUCK however they may also be correct numbers. I base this assumption by looking at the charts If Sprott bought 20 mil shares in the past several months, he may have bought them when the s.p dipped below the .09c and on numereous occassions. This never showed on any daily volumes. It may have been a swap or another form of trade that will not show up on CEDAR or daily volume.
I also agree with level about the role of the boards.It is a support group for investors holding similar securities. You read why everybody is holding and you read why the security is a bad choice and you gauge the boards overall sentiment towards the stock.
