I doubt very much that there has been any decision on Clearwater yet...and I also doubt that it will be flat out rejected.  The truth is that very little money is changing hands on AOS right now and the movement we're seeing is meaningless.  Until there is actual news, we're in a brutal holding pattern where a few people are making money off half cent dips and spikes.  Even if Clearwater is rejected, depending on the reason, compensation may likely be due and should be in a dollar amount that far exceeds AOS' current market cap...which by the way, is a joke.
