Surprise, surprise Hornby, once again showing you are too lazy to do your homework.  If you had bothered to read the entire thread instead of just cherry picking my post you would see that I cite NI 51-201 in response to Texasidiot's post that immediately preceeded mine in the thread.  He incorrectly implies that the lawsuit is based on a violation of NI 51-201and as such is irrelevant as a violation of that regulation is not actionable in court.  I corrected him in stating that the lawsuit is based on defamation, and violating NI 51-201 is merely a potential byproduct of that behavior, and as such may result in separate consequences from the defamation suit to be levied by the various regulatory bodies, not by the courts.
