LONDON--Hambledon Mining PLC (>> Hambledon Mining plc), said Thursday it received official advice from the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan or MINT that the export of dore from the company's business at Sekisovskoye will be permitted until the fourth quarter of 2013.

Hambledon was informed on 21 February 2012 by Blackrock Inc. that, following a purchase of shares on 13 February 2012, Blackrock Investment Management (UK) Ltd. now owns a total of 58,806,703 ordinary shares representing 6.17% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
