The most hunbling part ot that release to myself, when thinking about it, was that 2.41 billion is only maybe 25-30% of the amount required by Wisco to build Adriana, never mind the part they would help get on ADI's behalf. Never mind other stuff they have. Now they are pushing the railway. I guess it is time to find out if anything is going to happen. If the Conservatives want seats in Quebec in the next election, maybe it's time to build up the province. It makes sense. GLTA! It sure is cheap but an announcement on a railway changes things overnight.
