As you can see below we have a good ownership structure.

T.XRC (Insiders: 4%; Institutions: 34.8%; Public and Other: 58.3%)

A healthy percentage of Exeter is owned by insiders, and it has very good support from institutions. The company compares well to the TSX averages.

There was some insider-selling activity at the end of February/2012 when gold was appreciating, most of the selling subsequent to option exercises. Par for the course. There were some unusual transactions involving option cancellations, but that does not indicate a lack of confidence among management to us.

Despite recent negative developments from Chilean Mining Ministry where they ordered that excavation works at Barrick Gold's Pascual-Lama project on the Chile-Argentina border be suspended due to concerns about the health of the construction workers exposed to dust.  This and other similar events are what is holding stocks in this jurisdiction down.  We continue to wait as XRC quietly advancing its Caspiche monster gold deposit, but with tax-loss sellers done already this high risk play has great potential gain at these's prices.  Just placed order for 5k shares at 1.19.  GLTA
