Basically I'm saying that don't expect Mr Market to know how things are going with litigation.  This is a very secretive process and the public record doesn't show what's happening behind the scenes. Having talked to some of the institutional investors (at WIN AGM), it's clear that many of these guys don't have greater insights than most of the more informed retailers here imho.


And  they don't always trade on what you'd expect (e.g. "they know something about WIN, etc."...)  For example, dumping shares because of other factors (general market, re-balancing, and so on, rather than insight into the future.  Mr. Market may be wise, but we sometimes read too much into these ups and downs, especially considering the size of WIN's float.  A few extra millions shares are wreaking havoc on the share price imho.
