It's also interesting to note that when Denis Mitchell first recommended the stock, he suggested that it was worth about $5.50 but when he came on a few months later he was recommending it when it was nearly $6.00 and stated that he was the largest shareholder. Also, have several funds outstanding that own commercial real estate in both Canada and the US. Just by closing some of these funds and getting the fee streams on, he expects their  EBITDA to double over the next couple of years.
