I'd agree except that the Company has to repay the stapled note in 2020. They couldn't do it today but based on past performance they will have no difficulty refinancing in 2020 at a lower rate.  rate and reply

With an EPS of 0.36 and a recovering US housing market this company seems like a no brainer.  They are saddled with a high interest rate of 14% and can still make a profit.  A simple 10 times PE more
