Soros and a number of other high profile hedge fund managers have done the same thing in recent months (see below).  While there may be some selling, it doesn't mean they are liquidating all their holdings and closing up shop.  Libra Advisors just recently took a position in Silvercrest Mines.  I doubt they would have taken such a large position in a stock that is somewhat illiquid knowing there was a likely chance they'd have to turn around and dump the shares near term.  Just my 2 cents…like always, I reserve the right to be totally wrong and off base, which is why, we all need to do our own due-dilly.
