BC doesn't have jurisdiction over coastal water.  The Feds do.  Blocking access to shipping is clearly an attempt by BC to fund their provincial budget at the expense of all other Canadians.  Eastern Canadian provinces don't ban access to oil transit.  They're drilling off their coastline's and if there was oil off the west coast BC would be all for oil.  It's time to start stopping shipment of BC lumber and Asian goods at the Alberta border and tax it like BC wants to do to the rest of Canada.  And at the same time, let's throw all BC workers out off the rest of Canada and let them work in BC.
