take a look at ARE 3Q and compare it to CUQ 3Q....

ARE must have all the smart management!!! CUQ should see if they can get in on ARE training programs...if they got enough smarts they may pick up a few tips...if not ARE should hire all CUQ management and Board guys for there office cleaning and janitorial staffing....if they start them at the bottom they may be able to teach them over a long period of time and slowly get them into the right frame of mind for construction work. A few (probably most) will definately not be trainable, these should be put on some kind of social assistence to give them some kind of a humane existence for the rest of there life....that way they won't need shareholder sustinance.
