Point to ponder

I wonder if we would be at this level if we had a US market maker ????? Hezy had the money to do it... and theoretically the lack of liquidity in the US has kept many large speculative buyers out more

RE:Cosmicac - Any monthly data to share? Or other thoughts?

Len, Using the dispatch numbers (possibly not accurate) the first 3 weeks of the 4th Q have been fairly bland. We are averaging 57.7 MW gross and have produced 29,067 MW gross and approx. 26,500 more

Cosmicac - Any monthly data to share? Or other thoughts?

...About 3 weeks until Q3 CC and 2 months or less until we hear our "global solution"...  rate and reply

Certain periods of the year are very bullish ,seasonally speaking we should see this stock/sector trade up  rate and reply

RE:RE:RE:RE:Ok It's Not U.S. Geothermal

Forgot to add that if they had cash and time to investigate and solve the 12-2? mystery decline that could get us 5MW right there.  rate and reply

RE:RE:RE:Ok It's Not U.S. Geothermal

Totally agree with the PIK idea. I liked it when you brought it up on the last CC. Tony couldn't comment on the idea unfortunately. Not holding my breath it will be part of the global solution more

RE:RE:Ok It's Not U.S. Geothermal

I think Ram could do it.. but 1. it would take shares and cash and 2. don't think it will happen. Yes, use shares for Ram Stock purchase. Easy enough, US Geo has shelf registration with plenty more

RE:RE:Ok It's Not U.S. Geothermal

I believe we are looking at a JV. A sale of the entire company or just SJT wouldn't require RAM to do the negotiations with Nic. But there is logic in the Sale as well..... The longer we go to more

RE:Ok It's Not U.S. Geothermal

It was actually Gardiner's idea. I think what he meant (and he is right) was that US Geo would be getting a great asset on the cheap based on current prices and they could just issue GTH shares to more

Ok It's Not U.S. Geothermal

Ok there goes that theory. U.S. Geothermal acquired another company today in exchange for company shares. Lenn, this was what you where suggesting they do with Ram. GTH will be a strong company more

Lenny, we have no way of knowing whether the company is considering another 7 day test, but I doubt they would bother if they know they won't pass the test. Even if they passed the 7 day test, more

Yeah, I realize that it has to be a 7 day avgerage. It also seems like after the 2-3 days at or above 60 they then cycle wells which brings the average down. I wonder if they keep "maxing out" more

Lenny, A one or 2 day average of 60+ doesn't get us out of technical default.... It takes a 7 day test period averaging above 55 NET (Estimated as 60.1 gross). This appears to be out of reach more

So October 10th we averaged 60.75MW. A sustained period of 60+ and we are above 55 net and out of technical default. Doesn't change the fact we need a JV partner to move forward but would be more

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:U.S. Geothermal

Agree that US Geo will not buy Ram, but they should. I asked Ram PR if US Geo was interested back in May or April (long while ago). Steve said "NO". They were not interested and participating. more

RE:RE:RE:RE:U.S. Geothermal

US geothermal has no intentions of buying anything more off Ram. They don't have the money or resources to do it, they have enough on their plate just breaking even at this point. If they did buy more
