For those who might be interested the information circular for the AGM can be downloaded from SEDAR.  A couple more directors are moving off ( Bill Andrew former CEO is one of the).  No cash bonuses paid for 2012 to execs ( no surprise there) I do like a proposed comp provision that better aligns bonus to quartile performance peer ranking aling with other production financial and efficiency metrics. Options granted a year ago were price in the $ 21 range. I hate the excessive use of these free ride no risk comp, but would be happy to see these come into the money any time soon. Afraid what the new grant will be priced at.
