The market has been expecting a cut for at least a year now but the company keeps paying the same amount and more importantly keeps saying they're going to pay the same amount. The company's just 300,000,000 dollars of it being a cash flow neutral they're prepared to add some debt back to pay that this year although if the right deal comes along it will be very easy to fill that gap plus some. Its the market that sets the yield not the company that pays it. From the corporate point of view it's not material.>
