That means that 0.54% of the shares are so absolutely convinced this is a fraud they are willing to accept an enormous risk to show it. Then there are the 49.5% of the crowd that just felt selling at $1.25 is a good exit point as they don't see the upside from here. Of course, they could be wrong as there is a lot of limited information, but so could the 50% that feel that this is a good price.
