Day rates are down on 400bbl, 500bbl and the AWSS tanks by as much as 60-70% in Canada and North Dakota. I suspect they are down significantly in the other basins as well. Competition is fierce...PSN is a one-trick pony and is losing market share. Tanks from the competitors to PSN now outnumber PSN's tanks in Canada. AWSS tanks are now a commodity and companies are competing on price. Diversified companies are offering AWSS tanks at huge discounts (i.e. $500/day) so as they can get the fluid hauling and heating. Companies with 400 and 500bbl tanks, are providing deep discounts on the rental so they get the trucking. PSN can't compete with these rates until they cut the dividend. Once they cut the dividend, they will be a $3 stock.
