To me PSN had a cloud of doubt over it for some time.

 The market took this last report as a confirmation of that doubt.


 Too much hype in the beginning, wierd feeling as to why it couldn't seem to get to the targets, and an almost "too good to be true" investment in the present market environment.

 Since the market is in a shoot first mood, this was the result.

 Now we are in the "ask questions" phase.


Also, as I floated around the net today and came across a few negative articles about all of these shale plays. (fracking)

eg; expensive gas drill holes and very low gas prices= not condusive to growth right now.

shale oil, expensive to drill, very fast depletion rate, sweet spots already tapped.
