I would guess that yesterday's soft response to the closing of the Progress acquisition is simply confusion at just what Harpo's rules really are. They may be afraid that Petronas will be stopped from buying PPY, but nothing could be further from the truth. The government realises that they need Petronas to kick-start the LNG industry in BC, and would not even consider stopping them from adding PPY to their asset base.

And if that isn't good enough, another major company that has LNG plans is Shell, and they also butt up against PPY's Montney land base.

So we have two potential suitors, and they are both huge players in the LNG market.

And I am going to worry about what PPY's share price does this week? hahahaha
