Fullofit...you're alive!  Welcome back.  The TSX has been posting lies on their web site about PGF's insider trades.  Lucky you are here to straighten things out.  We were starting to get pessimistic on this quality opportunity.

Squint1;

The TMX HAS NOT been posting lies re insider trades.

I think that you are misunderstanding the definition of a “Marked Significant Shareholder”

Obviously due to how old this info is it has limited value.

What does leap out is that GCIC LTD AKA Dundee Wealth Management is the “Elephant In The Room”, RBC is a distant second.

I think it is safe to say that GCIC / Dundee would meet the criteria to be a “Marked Significant Shareholder”.

We will never know but if the recent Sales and the Buy late last year came from somewhere in the Dundee empire they would have been “Marked”

In my “opinion” a Fund Manager in the Dundee Empire (or somewhere else for that matter) buying or selling PGF is irrelevant.

These guys get paid a lot of money to attempt to do better than the Index of whatever category their Fund is in. Very few do. They are just as capable as anyone else to make a Dumb Trade!

Actual “Insider Trading” is another topic. There are lots of valid reasons for an “Insider Sale”. A portion of their compensation comes in the form of shares. To “cash the cheque” so to speak they have to sell some. Just like us peasants they need some money from time to time for the usual reasons; Pay the Taxes, Buy a New Yacht, Renovate The Mansion, Spoil the Brats, Keep the NEW Wife happy, Keep the EX-Wife Happy, etc.

Substantial “Insider Buying” is always a good sign.

You have a very Negative Opinion re PGF, that is your prerogative. You make a Lot Of Good Points that are worth considering.

Your propensity to Exaggerate and in some cases Miss-represent some Facts has a negative impact on the credibility of your opinion!
