I starting to think the Sga plant belongs on the back burner and the Red mud remediation program is the one to concentrate on. Public support for that is hugh and the alumina industry needs it more than it needs competetion from clay produced alumina. The rare earths would come in handy too. But the talent to run all these projects at the same time is expensive and hard to control. Veolia is huge and can finance it from cash flows and already has the  organization in place to proceed. Orbite needs to open up the Nda vault and spill a little of that cash out
