Found this info on Orbite web site. They produced 1 tonne of alumina in one day ......in 2011 with the pilot plant.. My guess is that they have already done that with the new plant...

Production pilot plant

Orbite purchased an existing 28,000 sq. ft. building in Cap-Chat in which to install its alumina extraction pilot plant in order to validate its patented process’s economic and technological viability, and to comply with Regulation 43-101 on the disclosure of information relating to mineral projects in Canada. On February 17, 2011, Orbite announced that it had produced its first tonne of alumina in a single day, from a 400-hundred tonne bulk sample of Grande-Vallée aluminous claystone.
