When I was a management employee in the local hospital, after having spent 15 yrs in the private sector, I was shocked to learn that the accountants were allowed by law to take as much as 90 days to pay any bill. They were proud of that and religiously applied it. You cannot rely on the government in Quebec to do anything expediently. It is rare to find people that will accept responsability and display initiative. I am sure the accountants at ORT have all the documentation in order to apply for the credits and may have done so already. I am also sure that those "spending" the governments money will hang onto it as long as they possibly can with no concern for those to whom they owe the money. Please excuse my rant.
