Most or many start up companies have a hard time raising funds. I think Orbite has found a creative way of freeing up idle cash from tax credits that would otherwise do little with willing takers. Who's to say the share price will not go well beyond $3.50 as production increases? As long as Orbite remains on the aggressive growth strategy they have shown I don't view this as a negative issue.

Assuming production ramps up to what is expected and there are licensing deals or firm off take agreements Orbite can continue to expand their processes and perhaps one day we will see multiple refineries in operation.
