Surely health care cost is a problem  and it is the major part of the provincial budget. Universal healthcare has been part of our system since 1971, in the good ole USA, they are still struggling with this and the only ones of the western world without it.

Seems to me something innovative or new may have to be designed down the road which may rub the idealists the wrong way. seems to me we have not seen the worst yet as far as promptness of services but we are already seeing some private services being offered while the Govt looks the other way.

Overall it is a good budget and designed to effect the least contraversy as possible while maintaining avoiding negative reactions from businesses and miners. So I guess the plan Nord will remain as it is designed for now.
